We have 6 kids between the ages of 2 and 8 who have required frequent medical appointments in the Chicago area for the last 3 -5 years. Embassy Downtown has been a godsend when we travel to Chicago. From the doormen, to the front staff and the kitchen and housekeepers, they have been extremely helpful, kind and friendly. We won't stay anywhere else.
